We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or permanently discontinue service to any individual or business, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:- Abusive or disrespectful behavior
- Harassment of our team members or affiliates
- Violation of our policies or terms
- Suspected misuse, unethical conduct, or fraud
- Non-Disclosure of Internal Practices:
You agree not to share or distribute confidential strategies, processes, or intellectual property related to our services. - Eligibility Restrictions:
By signing, you confirm that:- You are not employed by or affiliated with Google.
- You are not affiliated with or working for a competing SEO agency.
- You are not engaging with our services for the purpose of reverse engineering or duplication.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds After Delivery:
We do not offer refunds once the agreed service has been fully completed and delivered. - Incomplete Service:
If a service has not been completed or is unable to be delivered, you are eligible for a full refund. - Performance Credits:
If a service does not meet our internal benchmarks, we may credit your account for future services. - Dispute Protocol:
We commit to resolving disputes in good faith. If no resolution can be reached, you will be issued a refund less applicable transaction/processing fees, and your access to our service portal will be revoked. - Results Not Guaranteed:
While we strive to deliver high-quality SEO work, we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or performance improvements. You are responsible for how you implement and use our deliverables. - Chargebacks & PayPal Disputes:
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issues. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting our support may result in account termination.
Legal Notice & Jurisdiction
Any violation of these terms, including abuse of services, chargeback fraud, non-payment, intellectual property theft, or unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information, may result in legal action. This includes but is not limited to civil claims for damages, attorney fees, and loss of business.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any legal proceedings must be initiated in the proper courts located in Bulacan, Philippines.
